Made up of seasoned experts with decades of hands-on experience, the Center of Excellence (COE) team is Rinchem’s internal think tank and task force supporting every aspect of our operations from warehouse builds to system integrations to compliance audits.

This team was created to strengthen and standardize operations across Rinchem’s global network, bringing together decades of field experience to help ensure every customer receives the quality and care they expect. These individuals have helped stand up sites across the globe, shape company-wide safety protocols, and mentor the next generation of chemical logistics professionals.

The COE is how we operationalize that promise

This hands-on team travels to Rinchem’s 30 sites to train local teams, advise of operations and embed best practices into daily workflows. Whether it’s reducing delivery risk, solving supply chain bottlenecks, or driving consistent performance across continents, the COE ensures Rinchem’s high standards are upheld in every facility, at every step.
