What the rating signals
EcoVadis independently evaluates how companies manage sustainability across four pillars: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. A Committed rating reflects documented policies, actions, and results verified by a third party and a clear plan for continued improvement.

- Meaningful gains across Environment, Labor & Human Rights, and Ethics
- Sustainable Procurement is our clearest opportunity and current focus
Progress this year
We advanced in three pillars driven by day-to-day execution across our network:
- Environment: Better energy performance in temperature-controlled facilities, tighter refrigerant management, and expanded emissions tracking.
- Labor & Human Rights: Stronger training, incident reporting, and programs that support a safe, inclusive workplace.
- Ethics: Enhanced compliance controls and anti-corruption training across operations and transportation.
Where we are focusing next
1) Supplier engagement & data depth
- Expand assessments for higher-risk categories (regulated materials, specialty packaging).
- Increase verifiable supplier data (e.g., GHG inventories, safety training completion).
- Launch category-level improvement plans with measurable milestones.
2) Emissions & energy performance
- Continue site-level efficiency projects for flex-temp rooms and gas pad operations.
- Advance our SBTi pathway toward near-term reductions and long-term net-zero.
- Strengthen refrigerant leak-prevention and monitoring programs.

Why this matters for our customers
In regulated supply chains, sustainability and compliance are operational fundamentals. EcoVadis provides a common framework customers can use to evaluate risk management, improvement plans, and year-over-year progress, helping support their own reporting and Scope 3 goals.
We appreciate the Committed recognition, and we are focused on what is next: deeper supplier engagement, more complete data coverage, and steady improvements facility by facility. We will share updates in our Sustainability Report and here on the blog.
