Most Rinchem facilities operate Monday through Friday, with extended hours at specific warehouses based on customer needs.
Two locations currently support 24/7 operations:
Chandler, Arizona Hillsboro, ORAre your facilities near key ports or manufacturing hubs?
Yes. Rinchem strategically locates its warehouses near major ports, airports, and manufacturing centers to support efficient supply chain operations. Some examples:
- Cornelius, OR facility is located near the Portland metro area with access to regional semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing.
- Penang, Malaysia site is located in the Batu Kawan Industrial Park near key electronics and pharma manufacturers.
- Savannah, GA facility is minutes from the Port of Savannah, one of the busiest in the U.S.
- Flemington, NJ site offers access to the Northeast corridor and New York/New Jersey port complex.
Can you store hazardous materials like flammables or corrosives?
Yes. Rinchem specializes in the storage and handling of hazardous materials across a broad range of classifications. Our network supports:
- Class 2: Compressed and liquefied gases (e.g., flammable, toxic, and inert gases)
- Class 3: Flammable and combustible liquids
- Class 4: Flammable solids, substances liable to spontaneous combustion, and substances that emit flammable gases when in contact with water
- Class 5: Oxidizers and organic peroxides
- Class 6: Toxic and infectious substances
- Class 8: Corrosives (including acids and bases)
- Class 9: Miscellaneous dangerous goods
- Non-regulated materials: stored under the same safety and segregation protocols
To explore which hazard classes are supported by location, visit our Locations Page to download individual warehouse brochures.
Do you segregate materials?
Yes. Rinchem uses engineered segregation zones, compatibility matrices, and dedicated rooms to ensure incompatible materials are separated safely. What sets us apart is that our segregation approach is system-driven and not reliant on individual knowledge.
Our systems are designed to guide storage decisions using pre-defined compatibility logic, ensuring consistent, regulatory-compliant segregation across our global network. Warehouses are also designed with built-in ‘guardrails’ to protect against cross-contamination and maintain regulatory compliance.
Do you support bulk materials (liquids, gases, aerosols)?
Do you offer hazardous waste storage?
Does Rinchem offer temperature-controlled storage?
Yes. Rinchem offers validated temperature-controlled storage across our network of warehouses that offer a wide range of environments engineered to protect sensitive and regulated materials.
Our capabilities include:
- Cold storage: 0°C to 10°C (32°F to 50°F)
- Freezer storage: -30°C to -5°C (-22°F to 23°F), including walk-in and specialty freezers
- Ambient storage: 15°C to 26°C (59°F to 79°F), with tighter ranges available as needed (e.g., 21°C ± 3°C, 22°C ± 3°C)
- Warm/heated storage: 65°F to 95°F (18°C to 35°C), available at select locations
Specialized ranges: Precision-controlled options such as 2°C ± 2°C, 6°C ± 3°C, and other validated conditions are available to support specific product requirements
