Rinchem Break Ground on State-of-Art Custom Warehouse in Surprise, Arizona
Surprise, AZ July 28, 2022 – Rinchem broke ground on Monday, July 25 for our newest chemical warehouse to be built in Surprise, AZ. Once complete, the warehouse will be 145,000 sq. ft. and boasts a total of 16,000 pallet positions. Rinchem will also be building a 118,000 sq. ft. ISO yard with 432 ISO spaces. The targeted completion date is currently June 2023.
Rinchem prides itself on building custom warehouses to fit our customer’s needs. The upcoming Surprise facility will host the largest ISO yard Rinchem has built to date in order to accommodate the rising demand of storing chemicals in ISO containers. This will be the 8th ISO yard Rinchem has built to date.

The new warehouse will showcase VNA racking system with wire guided forklift steering controls. The ISO yard will also be the largest one Rinchem has built to date to accommodate the rising demand of storing chemicals in ISO containers.
