Rinchem enters Asia–Pacific by opening its first dedicated chemical warehouses and logistics hubs in the region, beginning in Korea and Taiwan.

Rinchem launches CGL Transportation, an asset-based transport company specializing in hazmat transportation and is first recognized as a top global chemical logistics provider by ICIS.

Rinchem strengthens its global footprint by building a flagship hazmat logistics campus in Israel, acquiring a logistics provider in Taiwan, and adding new gas pads and warehouse capacity in Korea and Chandler, AZ.

Rinchem acquires the transportation company, Carolina Tank Lines. a long-established refrigerated hazmat trucking company based in Burlington, North Carolina, strengthening its temperature-controlled, asset-based transportation platform across the United States. Rinchem also expands warehouses in Korea and Taiwan.

Stonepeak, a global infrastructure investment firm, acquires Rinchem, bringing long-term capital to support global expansion and next-generation infrastructure investments.

Rinchem formalizes its ESG commitments with science-based emissions-reduction targets, earns a Bronze sustainability rating from a global ESG assessor, and receives multiple Gold safety awards from an independent safety and risk management platform, Highwire.

Rinchem invests in state-of-the-art hazmat warehouses and ISO yards in Surprise, AZ; Cornelius, OR; and Malaysia.

Rinchem celebrates 50 years as a global chemical and gas logistics specialist.
