Don brings more than 20 years of transformational technology leadership, with deep expertise in digital integration, enterprise applications, IT operations, and large-scale technology strategy across complex global organizations.
He has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving multi-year digital transformation initiatives, modernizing enterprise systems, and delivering measurable business value through innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Rinchem, Don served in executive technology roles at Orgill, Flow Control Group, Sealed Air, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. In those roles, he successfully guided enterprise integrations, strengthened digital ecosystems, and built technological capabilities that enabled scalability and growth.
As SVP of Technology, Don will lead the company’s technology team with a focus on advancing digital strategy, improving system performance and reliability, enhancing customer and employee experience, and ensuring the technology platforms are positioned to support ambitious growth ahead.
