Award recognizes exceptional safety performance and culture across Rinchem’s global operations
At Rinchem, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a core value. We are proud to announce that Rinchem has once again been honored with the Gold Safety Award from Highwire for 2025, marking our second consecutive year receiving this recognition. The award reflects our unwavering commitment to the safety of our employees, customers, and the communities where we operate.

Highwire’s Safety Assessment Program is a rigorous, data-driven evaluation of both historical safety performance and current safety management systems. This year, Rinchem earned a score of 90 out of 100, placing us within the top tier of assessed contractors. Only a select group of companies achieve this distinction, underscoring the strength of our safety culture.
Setting the Standard in Safety
As of March 2025, Rinchem’s Total Case Incident Rate (TCIR) is just 0.59—dramatically lower than the industry average of 5.7. It represents lives protected, injuries avoided, and our teams going home the same way they arrived.
“Safety is not a checkbox at Rinchem—it’s a responsibility we carry every day. Our teams are empowered to model safe behaviors and speak up when something doesn’t look right. It’s how we operate, and it’s why we continue to lead,” said Melody Moore, Director of Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) at Rinchem.
Safety is Core to Who We Are
From our global hazmat warehouse operations to our asset-based transportation solutions, safety is embedded into every service we provide. It’s one of our core values—Safety Always—because we believe that caring for our people, families, and the environment starts with creating the safest possible workplaces.
